According to the Vaudois daily newspaper, the first shots date back to October 2024 (barely a month after the reopening of the swimming pool), and most of the facts were held in December 2024. He recognized during his hearing by the police for thirty cases, all in the cabins of Mon-Repos.

In addition to a financial penalty of 4000 francs, accompanied by a 2 -year stay, the man received a fine of 800 francs. He will also have to pay procedural costs in the amount of 3,625 francs.
