Donald Trump said on Sunday that the EU will not benefit from customs duties below 15% for its exports to the United States, just before starting crucial discussions in Scotland with the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen.
“No,” replied the American president, asked about this possibility by journalists during a brief exchange with the press in the presence of the European leader before their maintenance. He also said that pharmaceuticals “will not be part” of the agreement.
