The Friborg Rebouteux farmer who had imposed so-called therapeutic sex on his vulnerable clients received Thursday of 12 years in prison. The Châtel-Saint-Denis court swept the defense arguments.
The Friborg was found guilty of rape, sexual constraints and abuse of distress by the district court of Veveyse, which largely followed the public prosecutors’ conclusions.
The 58 -year -old man claimed to cure women with sexual touching and penetrations, saying to himself with a gift. He invented them with blockages with a stomach or neck, or even diseases, and promised them an aggravation of these ailments if they refused to be affected. Fourteen victims denounced acts committed between 2007 to 2022.

“Gift to identify vulnerable people”
During the trial, the prosecutor said that if the defendant had a gift, it was that of spotting vulnerable people: his victims were often in mourning, in breakup or depression. The defense lawyer invoked a “very low intellectual quotient” which would have made only “reproduce a method learned in Thailand”.
Arguments swept away, therefore, by the court, which pronounced a sentence of 12 years in prison. Already sentenced in 2016 to a pecuniary sentence for similar facts, the fifties is also required for ambulatory psychiatric follow -up and a ban on working in health. However, he should appeal.
