Main values to follow Tuesday at Wall Street, where the term contracts on the main indices suggest an opening up 0.15% for the Dow Jones .DJI, 0.26% for the Standard & Poor’s 500 .SPX and 0.42% for the Nasdaq .IXIC:
* Aerian sector – groups representing the main airlines, travel agencies and American airports urged the Senate on Monday to reject a bill which would limit the ability of the US transportation of transport to use facial recognition software.

Aal.O, United Airlines Ual.o, Delta Air Lines Dal.N, Southwest Airlines Luv.N and other airlines, as well as US Travel and two airport groups, opposed this bill in a letter consulted by Reuters, affirming that it could “considerably increase waiting times by slowing down identity verification at each point of safety control of airports”.
* NVIDIA NVDA.O placed 300,000 H20 chips to the manufacturer under TSMC 2330.TW contract last week, according to two sources, one of them adding that the high Chinese demand had led the American company to review its decision to be satisfied with its existing stocks.
* Citigroup CN announced Tuesday that it widen its research coverage to private companies, emphasizing rapid growth technology companies, like JPMorgan Chase, which would have started to cover unlisted companies.
* Sarepta Therapeutics Srpt.o announced on Monday that it would resume delivery of its gene treatment against muscle disease to patients capable of walking, which made the share of the 59% after-Bourse share.
* Baker Hughes BKR.O is about to conclude a cash agreement in the amount of $ 13.6 billion to buy Chart Industries GTLS.N, thus ahead of its competitor FlowServe. The acquisition should be announced in the coming days, the Financial Times reported on Monday, citing sources which however specified that the agreement was not yet final.
* Universal Health Services UHS.N exceeded Wall Street on Monday for its second quarter benefit, thanks to sustained demand for medical care services.
* Nucor nude.n announced on Monday a drop in its profits in the second quarter, the increase in the costs of raw materials having weighed on its steel activity, resulting in a 3.8% drop in its action in the after-Bourse.
* Veralto vltto.n noted its profits forecast on Monday for the whole year and exceeded quarterly estimates, thanks to the high demand for its industrial water treatment services.
* Harley-Davidson Hog.n is in talks with Pacific Investment Management CO and KKR & CO. KKR.N To sell a participation in its financing division and its motorcycle loans portfolio existing as part of a transaction worth $ 5 billion, Bloomberg reported on Monday, citing sources close to the file.
* BRISTOL MYERS SQUIBB BMY.N and the Bain Capital Bath Capital Company will create an independent company specializing in the development of immunological drugs, supported by funding of $ 300 million in bathing, the two companies announced on Monday.

* ENTAINE ENT.L, MGM Resorts MGM.N – The American Sports BetMGM Sports Service, a joint venture enters Endain and MGM Resorts, noted its turnover and profit forecasts for the entire year 2025 after having recorded an increase of 35% of its turnover in the first semester, thanks to the high demand in the field of online sports betting and its division Igaming.
