In June of 2015, Gabriel Luisier, as part of the exercise of his specifications, brought to the president of the commune of Bagnes and to the municipal secretary 14 illicit construction files.

On November 4, 2015, following a telephone summons, the two bodies of the town questioned Gabriel Luisier on his intentions of information to Bender & Loisyy experts. On this occasion, the Châble bear asked them if these files had been transmitted by them to the experts. The president and the secretary refused to respond. Under these conditions, the municipal employee indicated that he was going to denounce the situation to the municipal council in accordance with a notice of law of one of the lawyers of the municipality.

On November 5, 2015, following the session of November 4, 2015, Frédéric Perraudin took “advice” to Me Stéphane Jordan as to the way of returning Gabriel Luisier.

On November 9, 2015, Gabriel Luisier filed a fifteenth file, that relating to a member of the municipal council, sieur François Corthay. This brave man had not hesitated a year earlier to appear on television, filmed on his field and complained that following the popular voting harmful to the city he could never build on his plot because of the new federal law on secondary residences. A year later, a magnificent chalet had been built.

On November 10, 2015, a meeting of the municipal council took place. On this occasion, the members of the municipal council decided to dismiss Gabriel Luisier while agreeing that the communication of this pronouncement would be notified to him later, in good time.

All members of the municipal council were then involved in the case of illicit constructions.

With this decline of ten years which makes it possible to make the appropriate distinctions, one can evoke without too much risk of making a mistake a formidable act of collective hara-kiri.
