War in Ukraine: Russian missiles and drones struck the west of the country overnight

Russia launched a wave of missile and drones attacks against western Ukraine, far from the front line, reported the Ukrainian media and local officials on Friday night to Saturday to Saturday and local officials.

In Volhynia, the authorities have resounded the sirens of air alert and called on the inhabitants to remain safe, according to the RBC-Ukraine news agency. The Armed Forces of Poland, a neighboring country west of Ukraine, said hunting planes to protect their airspace during the strikes.
