Like every year, Canada’s Day will be highlighted in Low festivities on July 1st. According to the director general and secretary-treasurer of Low, Myrian Nadon, this year is a very good edition. The organizing committee has even planned new features for people who will be there, including an obstacle race designed by LOW firefighters.
On the menu, several free activities including a parade, a lifting of the flags, an exhibition on forestry, a music show, inflatable games and fireworks closing the evening.
The event takes place good weather, bad weather from 3:30 p.m. and only cash will be accepted on site. Entrance is free.
The mayor of Low, Carole Robert, will participate in the “challenge of the iced bucket” which will take the form of a fundraising for a good cause:

Thanks to the collaboration of numerous sponsors, presence and participation prices will be awarded this year for the occasion.
