Hikes are served with various flavors, cheeses to melt hearts, raised mountain bike descents and even some spicy experiences to spice it up. Nothing like a mountain bike or e-bike outing to savor the fall in a free wheel. And in the Dent du Midi region, you will find a playground … almost infinite.

The map talks about itself: ten marked routes (for all levels) connect the Champéry, Champoussin, Crosets, Morgins and Val-d’Alliez-Stations Villages, with fourteen charging points and six rental points available. The signature dish? The Grand8, a 40 km circuit between Morgins and Champéry which unrolls its grandiose landscapes to the rhythm of your electric assistance.

For thrill seekers, bikepark is a safe season. Its 10 descent tracks – including the legendary Champéry World Cup traced – vibrate the most experienced, while 4 ski lifts and 6 rental points provide all the necessary comfort.

Good news again: the Champéry cable car and the Morgins cable car are running every day until October 26, 2025. The Crosets chairlift remains accessible daily until September 22, then weekends until October 26. Almost infinite, we told you!

The +: On September 27, the gourmet ride in e-bike mixes effort and comfort in Champoussin. And until October 26, the Bike & Sleep offer garnishes the -15% menu on accommodation and package.

Hiking in the fall in the Det du Midi region is savoring a full -size buffet. We start with appetizers over the water, we continue with challenges raised along the ridges and finish in dessert with the dizzying view from the summits.

With 800 km of marked trails, the plate is as generous as it is varied. The curious people will peck the didactic trails, rich in local stories and flavors: the adventure of smugglerthe poetry of Ponts Chemin in Morgins or even fun Planets Cheminwhich makes children travel … at cosmic speed.

In alpine refreshments as in traditional restaurants, the tables in the Dethi du Midi region pay homage to local products: Character alpine cheeses, dried meats, smoked hams with subtle aromas. Passion prepared products, all labeled Sofa Dethorsguarantee of authenticity and quality. To bring back a piece of mountain at home, do not hesitate to take a look at store stalls Cavagne (Troistorrents and Champéry).

If it is a dish that warms the hearts in the fall, it is the raclette. And you know it well, in Valais, you never joke with the raclette. From October 24 to 26, 2025, Morgins became the world capital of this melted cheese, welcoming the 2ᵉ edition of World Raclette Championships. The opportunity to see local and international producers compete in a creamy atmosphere at will.

On the program for gourmets: demonstrations, workshops, tastings, conviviality … and great responsibility, since the jury will be made up of professionals but also of consumers previously registered.
