The girl was nine years old when the assaults started. The last criticized event would have taken place during its 13 years.
Tremblay is accused of sexual touching and incitement to sexual touching on a child under the age of 16. He is also accused of having communicated with a person under the age of 18 in order to facilitate an offense.
The Richmondais is also accused of having uttered death threats to the girl and of having threatened to violate the victim’s family if she denounced him. He would also have threatened the girl to publish intimate images of the latter.
The victim was 15 years old when she denounced the alleged attacker. While she consulted for a medication.

It was this video of about two hours that was presented to judge Alexandre Tardif on Tuesday morning. “I experienced rape,” she told the policeman during an interrogation.
“His name is Raynald Tremblay,” she said. He smokes pot. He has several plans. Sometimes he snifles his daughter’s pills. I took it a few times breaking them. ”
She remembered the first time that man attacked her. “I was in my quiet room playing cellular,” she said in a fairly stoic way in the video interview. I fell asleep listening to music. He came to my room without my realizing it. He started by flattering my hair before caressing my face. ”
The man would then have touched the girl’s sexual organs before kissing her on her body. He would then have undressed.
“I dared not have reactions, because I was afraid that it is more intense. I was stressed, I didn’t know what to do. I couldn’t shout, I was alone in the apartment, ”said the teenager.
“When his pleasure was finished, he died and pretended to be nothing.”
The complainant then explained that she “really didn’t feel well”. “I was stressed, I just wanted to cry and cry so that someone comes. But I didn’t want to react. “

The young woman added that the same scenario had taken place “several times”. “He was always doing the same things.”
“He whispered me threats,” she said. He told me that, if I made a complaint to the police or that, if I was talking about it, he was going to hurt my mother. He said it was not he who had raped me, but that it was I who made advances to him. ”
He would also have taken pictures of the victim’s naked body. “When he was sleeping, I took the opportunity to take his cell phone and delete them,” she said.
According to the complainant, Tremblay tried to continue the relationship by writing text messages to the victim.
“He kept text to me that it was the fun. He wanted me to admit that I liked it when he made love to me. ”
According to his testimony, the victim created a new Messenger account whenever Tremblay was trying to get in touch with him.
The victim also said that the individual asked him for sexual photos.
Cross-examination
In return, defense lawyer Guy Plourde returned to certain contradictions from the testimony of the complainant.
He notably questioned her about the date she had received her first cell phone. He also questioned the moment and the place of the first alleged assault.
He also asked him several questions about the accused’s clothing during the first alleged offense.
The victim’s counter-examination will continue in the morning on Wednesday.
