On the occasion of Canada’s Day, the national historic place of Obadjiwan-Fort-Témiscamingue invited the population to come and festore. Entrance was free and will remain this this summer thanks to a federal program.
For the occasion, several activities were organized, as explained by Simon Lacquerre, location manager.
The Canada Day is underlined in partnership with the Ville-Marie Canada Festival Committee in Témiscamingue and the friends of the Old Fort. Then what awaits visitors today is a musical performance by Juliette Lefebvre-Tardif and the opening of the exhibition by Marie-Claude Lefebvre. So it is a mother-daughter duo that we have today. We also have a rally and a vintage photo cabin
