It’s official: “Ninja Warrior” returns to TF1 this Friday, July 4 at 9:10 p.m., with new candidates ready to challenge themselves on its legendary course in Cannes. Always led by Denis Brogniart and Christophe Beaugrand, the program this year welcomes a new host, Anaïs Grangerac, to form the presentation trio. On the other hand, Iris Mittenaere will miss the call.

A season 9 which promises to be rich in emotions. Nearly 200 participants from all over France, amateurs as experienced athletes, will try to cross the formidable “Tour des heroes”. For the first time, a father-son duo and a non-Voyant competitor will illustrate the values of inclusiveness and surpassing oneself. New this year: after a first phase of 100 % French qualifications, the best will face champions from the United States, Japan, Germany or Australia.
