Foreign Minister Anita Anand said that bus services began on Monday morning between Tel Aviv and West Bank and Jordan.
She added that bus lines also started to transport Canadians who fled Iran to Turkey on Sunday to places where they can obtain transport outside the region.
Last Thursday, Minister Anand announced that Canadian consular agents would be present in border posts to help citizens who fled Israel or Iran to join Canada by commercial means.
Countries like France and Australia have evacuated citizens by bus, while some have managed to flee Israel by boat.
The airspace has been largely closed above two countries and other regions of the Middle East, because Israel and Iran have exchanged missile attacks.
The federal government has been criticized for its provisions for Canadians seeking to flee the region, and federal officials must inform the media of the situation on Monday afternoon.
