North Korean leader Kim Jong-un called for his soldiers to prepare “To real war” During an artillery fire exercise to which he attended, the official KCNA agency reported on Thursday.
Photos broadcast by KCNA show Mr. Kim, dressed in a black suit, addressing trellis soldiers. Other images show him carefully observing an artillery fire exercise, alongside several leaders of the North Korean army.

This shooting session took place Wednesday in a place that was not revealed. Images broadcast by the state agency have also shown fleets of the sea.
During his visit, Kim Jong-un addressed North Korean soldiers to whom he asked to prepare “To real war” and to be able to “Destroy the enemy in each battle”according to KCNA.
This visit occurs after a North Korean contingent participated in the fighting against the Ukrainian forces in the Russian region of Koursk, partly occupied by kyiv troops since the summer of 2024 and whose Russia announced that it has fully resumed control at the end of April. North Korea also provides Russia in shells and missiles.
