All of Ile -de -France departmentsbut also theEure-et-Loirethe Loiretl’Yonnel’Dawnthe Marne and theAisne are affected by these heavy rains expected during the day.
“A little mobile cold drop, centered on the Paris region, generates abundant thunderstorm rains for several hours,” describes the Meteorological Institute.
“Up to 70 mm” of rains in places
Météo-France also warns that “on the episode, cumulation of 30 to 50 mm will often be reached, with locally up to 70 mm possible. This situation could therefore lead to runoff/flood phenomena, especially in vulnerable sectors (urban areas, low points, etc.)”.
The situation should return to normal in the evening, after vigorous rains in the afternoon, all the vigilance being suspended for Thursday.
