From podiums from Paris Fashion Week to those of the Tour de France, there was only one step for Cyntia Colas. Accustomed to the parades of luxury brands such as, Yves Saint Laurent, Balenciaga or Barbara Bui, it is not uncommon to also come across international salons and major sporting events. “The Tour de France remained one of the few events in which I had never participated”, Confides the young woman, happy to have been able to live, from the inside, one of the major sporting events of the year.
An opportunity that earned him to live the Tour de France from the inside
“I had sent my candidacy for the agency in charge of recruitment for the sponsor on the Tour de France, but ultimately it was by fortuitously meeting a hostess of the Tour, who spoke of my profile at this same agency, that I was able to pass the interviews. Sometimes, you have to know how to provoke opportunities”, Esides Cyntia Colas, embedded for three weeks in the Tour caravan as a protocol hôtess for E.Leclerc, official partner of the polka dot jersey which rewards the best climber. “It is the most emblematic and pleasant role of the Tour de France which consists in particular in rewarding and congratulating the best climber of the stage on the podium after each arrival”, underlines the Bastiaise. But not only.
Alternating with another hostess, the young thirties is responsible for welcoming the guests of the VIP space in the village village with access to the paddocks where the team buses are before the start of the race. While at the next stage, it will be route to the town of arrival to accommodate other guests from the sponsor each early afternoon in VIP spaces.

Days in the heart of the jubilation in each passage from the advertising caravan with its share of emotions and unexpected. Especially when the weather makes whims as was the case repeatedly during this edition.
“For the arrival in Courchevel, it was barely 5 degrees and hail was invited at the time of the podium. Despite this, I was surprised to see that the public was so numerous and enthusiastic!”
During this Tour de France, the one who is also the sister of ex Miss Corse, Eva Colas, will keep the memory of her first podium in Lille. “Both excited and a little stressed”, she admits “Because the euphoria of the public around this sport is incredible. Spectators often wait for hours, in mountain passes, sometimes in difficult climatic conditions. Cycling triggers such popular fervor. It’s crazy to be able to live this adventure!”

“Living this adventure was extraordinary. These three weeks have gone to a crazy look. Without hesitation, I will gladly reset if I have the opportunity for the 2026 edition”, Declares the Corsican model, already nostalgic a few hours before the final sprint.
