An investigation was opened in Wevelgem after a cheating attempt during a theoretical driving license examination at the MooSele examination center. A suspect was surprised with a headset and a camera while he was taking the exam. Barely a day later, a new fraud attempt was detected. Four suspects were arrested.

Police were called on Monday for a potentially fraudulent incident in the exam center. “In the room, a 20 -year -old was found in possession of a camera and a headset, probably intended to cheat during the exam,” the police said.

Near the center, a suspect vehicle was spotted with two other suspects on board 25 and 32 years. One of them had succeeded in the theoretical exam earlier during the day.

Barely a day later, a new attempted fraud took place during another theoretical examination. “All suspects have been arrested and questioned,” said the police. “We continue to bet on the integrity of exams and work closely with the bodies concerned to detect and fight fraud. »»
