An employee of billionaire Robert Miller was acquitted of pimping on Wednesday. A turnaround that occurs two months after the end of criminal procedures targeting the octogenarian accused of many sexual crimes against women and adolescent girls.
Teresita Fuentes, a 68 -year -old woman, was accused in 2024 of pimping for acts committed between 2015 and 2018. Her official address is a house belonging to Robert Miller in Westmount.
On Wednesday, at the Montreal courthouse, the crown prosecutor announced to the court that it had no evidence to offer in this case. The judge thus acquitted Mme Fuentes, who was not present. It is unclear why the prosecution made this decision.

In mid-June, Robert Miller benefited from a cessation of procedures because of his too precarious state of health. The 81 -year -old man was accused of sexual crimes committed against more than a dozen adult women and adolescent girls. Crimes staggered from 1995 to 2016.
It therefore remains that a single accused in this file, that is Raymond Poulet, the alleged medium of billionaire Robert Miller. He would have been responsible for organizing appointments with women who were to offer him sexual services.
Last month, the 76 -year -old man was accused of sexual contact on a person under the age of 14, incitement to sexual contact, sexual assault and pimping. Three victims are mentioned in the arrest mandate filed at the Montreal courthouse. The facts would have taken place between 1995 and 2001.
