Marie-Françoise, the wife, explains that the cards are stored in a 15 kg suitcase. Faced with the controller’s refusal to help the couple, Patrick, the husband, devotes himself, despite the fact that he moves in a wheelchair and is under respiratory assistance.

The consequence is immediate: “He got his back stuck. It’s been two weeks since he wear a belt ”she deplores. “He couldn’t make an effort, he risked his life by doing this”she adds. The controller remains impassive. “The controller was very disappointed. His goal was to make me pay the full price ticket ”says Marie-Françoise.
Back home, the two retirees tried several times to bring the incident back to the SNCF. Contacted by Le Figarothe railway company evokes a lack of courtesy from customers, but indicates that Benjamin Huteau, director of the Southeast TGV axis, apologized on behalf of the company.
