On the occasion of this jubilee, many surprises will animate the edges of the lake throughout the weekend: children’s garage sale, small train, pedal boards, numerous concerts and parades of musical groups with various styles (jazz, nyon singers, municipal fanfare of Nyon) as well as the exceptional arrival of the Födlitätscher of Luzern, Guggenmusik bringing together 70 musicians who are costumes who will wander happily across the city on Saturday.
The flea market will be held on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., along the Louis-Bonnard and Alps quais. This market, which extends over more than a kilometer, will welcome collectors and second -hand dealers from all over Switzerland and abroad. This year, on the occasion of this double anniversary, the flea market will exceptionally invest the bank canteen, offering additional space for exhibitors and visitors.
The Pirate Day will take place on Friday from 5 p.m. to midnight, Saturday from 11 a.m. to midnight and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. around the Est East of the Port of Nyon. Various restoration and drinks stands are planned, as well as free entertainment and for all audiences, including concerts and walks on Nyolue II, the Pirates boat.
