The trial of a man who had hidden a camera in the locker rooms of his female colleagues took place on Tuesday before the Geneva police court. The facts occurred between 2019 and May 31, 2021, at the Migros of the Cornavin station.
(Keystone-ATS) The 30 -year -old man, who had been dismissed after the chance discovery of the camera by a colleague, has always admitted to having kept certain images to masturbate. Of the 37 complainants, around twenty was present in the courtroom. At the time of the facts, which started at least in 2019, according to the indictment, they all worked to finance their studies.
Fear, paranoia, anxieties, distrust of men: the complainants expressed the still current consequences of the discovery of this repeated violation of their intimacy. For his part, the defendant, who suffers from voyeurism, said he became aware of his actions thanks to psychotherapy and no longer considering women as only objects of desire. The verdict will be returned Wednesday.
