The auditorate has conditioned the resumption of work on the payment of a guarantee of around 215,000 euros, intended in particular to cover social contributions and three months of salary. This guarantee having been paid this week, the seals were lifted.
The public prosecutor’s investigation continues. The auditorate recalls that the persons and companies concerned are presumed innocent and stresses that any site does not comply with social legislation or the security rules can be suspended on judicial order.
