“I travel with my sister and my nephew who has an orphan disease. He is followed in Sainte-Justine and takes medication, ”explains Marie-Christine Boutin in an interview at TVA Nouvelles on Saturday.

The family had planned additional medication, but not in sufficient quantity for a prolonged stay without defined return date.

“Obviously, we thought of all this, we brought additional, but not enough to stay in uncertainty without knowing when we can come back,” she says.

The traveler solicits the aid of the airline.

“I want an exact date, we can’t stay here. Or when someone tells us exactly what to do, find us a solution, another carrier, and pays our tickets or other, ”she demands.

They will also have to pay more money to find accommodation and provide for their needs.

“We have to pay everything here, we want the hotel, we don’t even know if we will have a place this evening. We will have to look for another establishment. You know, it’s uncertainty. “
