Alexandre Kominek, the Geneva humorist who seduces France with his offbeat humor – Rts.ch

The Geneva comedian Alexandre Kominek was a dazzling success in France. His provocative style and his offbeat approach to machismo earn him growing popularity. The 35-year-old humorist currently fills the French rooms with his only-in-scène entitled “Sensitive bastard”.

The French -speaking humor lives his golden age and Alexandre Kominek is one of the most prominent ambassadors. The Genevan, who recently occurred as part of the Morges-sous-Rire festival, goes on tour with his show “Sensitive bastard” throughout France, with a small detour for two dates in Belgium.

Major projects

Between two performances, Alexandre Kominek continues major projects. The comedian is currently running in Lille in France for the Netflix series “failed” whose main role he plays. He also stood out in season 5 of the television show “LOL: Who laughs, comes out!” And prepares three dates at the Paris Olympia next January.

“It’s great, do you realize?”, Laughs the artist at 7:30 p.m. June 16, falsely jaded by his success. “Because there, you just made a list … I made a small descent of organs.” The Genevan seduces many spectators with his daring and provocative humor who plays with the codes of machismo, while deconstructing them. His favorite theme? Sex, which he approaches without taboo.

Carlos, the macho who became a feminist

“I like charming, I want to please,” he explains. “And yet, in all the stories in which we believe that I arrive like a dominant, an alpha male, each time, I make myself dominate, whether by women or by men.”

His character from Carlos, invented on RTS Color 3 and popularized on France Inter, perfectly illustrates this approach. “Carlos, at the beginning, it was really a kind of exaggerated parody. It was really the slightly Spanish macho, says Alexandre Kominek. And the interesting twist was the moment when I made him feminist.”

Aware of current sensitivities, Kominek is constantly working to refine his approach: “Given the air of time, I have to work much more my way of speaking and my sketch before delivering it to the public. Because we are in something very touchy today. But that’s what makes the sketch will always be better.”

The Geneva humorist does not forget his roots. He plans to play his show one last time in Switzerland at the Arena in Geneva, on February 7, 2026, a large prestigious room which testifies to its success.
