A 33-year-old woman was discovered lifeless aboard a ship moored on a quay of Lac Montauk, near a seaside resort and Marina in the Hamptons, in the United States, on the night of Monday to Tuesday.
Martha Nolan-O’Slatarra, an entrepreneur based in Manhattan, was found unconscious on a boat at the Montauk Yacht Club, around midnight, according to the information communicated by the Police of the County of Suffolk.
Members of the nautical club, including several captains, would have heard cries coming from the quays at the end of the evening on Monday, according to the testimony of one of them to the New York Post.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Martha Nolan-O’Slatarra exercised as a marketing consultant, entrepreneur and founder of the East X East fashion brand.
The latter had recently inaugurated an ephemeral shop in the Gurney’s Resort, an exclusive SPA establishment in Montak, as evidenced by a Tiktok publication.
The victim was declared dead on the scene by the emergency services.
The circumstances of his death are currently under investigation.
