An arrest warrant was issued by French justice against the former first secretary of the Algerian Embassy in France, learned the Radio France agency of judicial source on Saturday August 9. This procedure comes within the framework of the investigation into the kidnapping and sequestration of a Algerian opposing youtuber in April 2024, Amir Boukhors, known as Amir Dz.

The arrest warrant was issued on July 25 by an instructor magistrate. The influencer was removed on April 29, 2024 in Val-de-Marne and then released on May 1 of that same year. The investigation, first conducted in Créteil, was taken over in February by the National Anti -terrorist prosecution (PNAT) and entrusted to the DGSI and the criminal brigade.
