Brazilian police asked the charges of former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro and his son residing in the United States on Thursday for “coercion” against justice. She accuses them of trying to hinder the “coup d’etat” prosecution against Jair Bolsonaro.

These two offenses are punishable by cumulative sentences which can reach up to 12 years in prison.
Installed in the United States since March, the third of the Bolsonaro siblings has put its mandate as a parliamentarian to argue in favor of his father with the American authorities. He denounces the “tyranny” of the Supreme Court Judge Alexandre de Moraes, in charge of the trial against the former head of state.

Police also said they had found on the phone of Jair Bolsonaro “a political asylum application” in Argentina addressed to President Javier Milei in a 33 -page document dated just a few days after the investigation of the investigation.
