According to our colleagues, the inhabitants of municipalities around have felt the phenomenon. “I heard as a fairly close explosion”, “I heard a deaf and strong rumble for about 30 seconds, like thunder in Saint-Florent-le-Vieil”, testify to the inhabitants on a Facebook group in the region, identified by our colleagues.

Located above a fault, the Loire-Atlantique and its region are regularly shaken by earthquakes which remain very fortunately, low intensities and which generally do no damage.
