Pic du Midi: Cerrone, pioneer of disco music in France, in high altitude concert

essential
An essential icon of disco and electronic music, Cerrone is preparing to perform in a place as spectacular as they are incomplete: the Pic du Midi, this Friday, August 15.

After IAM and Véronique Sanson in recent weeks, a new striking figure of music in France will be in concert at the Pic du Midi. While his first meeting, scheduled for the spring, had been canceled due to bad weather, Cerrone will be present at 2877 meters above sea level this Friday, August 15 for a breathtaking show.

Known for his hits that have marked several generations – from “supernature” to “love in c minor” – and for his performance in atypical places, he promises an extraordinary musical experience in this exceptional natural setting. “Playing in an atypical place like the Pic du Midi is always very exciting,” he confides, enthusiastic about finding this exceptional site.

The concert will take the form of a DJ set, which he has been practicing for fifteen years and which allows him to revisit his classics live, in an energetic and interactive atmosphere with the public.

This concert of August 15, planned from 7 p.m., is therefore promised to be an unmissable meeting-some places are still available-for all lovers of electronic music and unpublished experiences. A rare moment in the heart of the Pyrenees, where music literally rises towards the summits.
