At 41, the descendant of the founder, Jean Chevalerias, embodies the fifth generation at the head of Top Clean Packaging, specialist in medical devices, technical parts and packaging for the health, luxury and industry sectors.
Under the leadership of its successive leaders, the company founded in 1927 in Thiers (Puy-de-Dôme) developed far beyond Auvergne, with an open factory in China in 2005 and the acquisition of the Italian Top Tech Italia, expert in liquid silicone injection. In 2020, Jean Berry succeeded his father François, after ten years of progressive relay. “I started in the Chinese subsidiary. A very formative experience! I immersed myself in the values of the company: transparency, proximity to the staff and requirement. It is also the DNA of our family. Without forgetting humility ”, he assures. A fluid succession, made possible by a shared will. “A family succession only works if the current manager and his replacement want it and can”, he confides.
