Alan Gomes and Albinou da Sylva, suspected of being accomplices of Mohamed Amra, who had escaped in 2024 after a bloody attack of his penitentiary van, were indicted and imprisoned in Paris.
Two men, suspected of being accomplices of Mohamed Amra were indicted and imprisoned in Paris. They were extradited on Wednesday August 13, from Morocco. The drug trafficker, Mohamed Amra had escaped during a real ambush during which two prison agents had been slaughtered and three seriously injured.
Aimed by arrest mandates, the two suspects, Alan Gomes and Albinou da Sylva, had been arrested on February 23 in Morocco, the day after the arrest in Romania of Mohamed Amra, after nine months of run. “They will quickly be presented to a judge and will have to answer for their actions,” said justice minister Gérald Darmanin, on X.
The two alleged accomplices of Mr. Amra, whose cowardly escape cost the lives of two penitentiary agents, have just been extradited to France. They will quickly be presented to a judge and will have to answer for their actions.

The two men were indicted for many chiefs, including criminal association, murder and attempted murder in an organized gang or even escape. It was both the subject of a red notice from Interpol.

Alan Gomes is considered by investigators to be part of the commando which attacked on May 14, 2024 in the Incarville toll (Eure) the penitentiary van which transported Mohamed Amra. After the deadly escape, the two suspects had fled to Morocco. Both are from Evreux, the AMRA base.
At least 41 other people are indicted, 30 of which are in pre -trial detention, in this sprawling case which mobilized exceptional means to arrest suspects, some of which are abroad.
