Former American president Barack Obama and his wife Michelle ended rumors that ran on their divorce, admitting that their matrimonial relationship was in “an uncertain moment”.
“She brings me back!” said Barack Obama in his podcast “Imo with Michelle Obama and Craig Robinson” made in a sober setting and broadcast on Wednesday, according to what the CNN network reported.
Rumors about the divorce of the Obama that has circulated for some time have grown after several public appearances of Michelle Obama without being in the company of her husband, as was the case during the inauguration of President Donald Trump last January.
When Mr. Robinson spoke in the podcast for a “pleasant” moment to see the couple in the same room, Michelle Obama hastened to reply: “I know, because when we are not, people think we are divorced”.
“This is the kind of thing that I miss,” admitted Mr. Obama who says he does not understand why people speculate on his life as a couple, when he has never mentioned this avenue of separation with his wife.
“At no time did our marriage thought to leave my man. We have gone through very difficult moments, but also pleasant moments […] And I became a better person thanks to the man with whom I am married, ”argued Ms. Obama.
