In Saint-Raphaël, we also celebrate Belgium! From July 20 to 22, the Bonaparte garden will take on the appearance of a Grand-Place to celebrate the Belgian national holiday, which commemorates the oath of King Leopold Iis In 1831, first sovereign of independent Belgium (The equivalent of our July 14 to us!).
This festive meeting is also The opportunity to honor twinning with Woluwe-Saint-Pierre (east of the capital, near Auderghem), and A nod both to the Brussels roots of Mayor Frédéric Masquelier and to many tourists passing through our region and to those who have settled there.
Au programme : concerts, DJ sets, gourmet specialties with waffles, beers or mussels and fries (forget the Summer Body!), Folk entertainment (including the visit of famous Gilles de Binche) and fireworks. A generous, popular and 100% free party …
