Metro and tram
• Thursday July 3: Metros reinforced all day with a passage every 1 min 20 to 2 min (line 1) and 1 min 40 to 3 min (line 2).
• Saturday July 5: also reinforced frequency, and extended traffic up to 1h30 from Lille Flanders station.
• Tramway: Adjusted frequency according to crowds. Last departures on July 5: 1:25 am (towards Roubaix), 1h35 (towards Tourcoing).
Bus
• July 3 : All lines close to Lille Flanders station are diverted via Lille Europe station. No République Beaux-Arts service.
• July 5: Strong disturbances around Lille Center, Armentières and the south of Lille according to the passage of the race.
V’lille and relay parks
• Gradual closure of several V’Lille stations located on the course from July 1.
• The 12 Ilévia relay parks (more than 5,300 places) remain accessible. P+Rs are also available near TER stations (Armentières, Don, Seclin, La Bassée).
Ilévia agents will be mobilized in station, to stops and in the field, reinforced by mobile sellers of transport titles. Traffic and parking: restrictions to be provided
Fan Park – Place de la République
• Installation from July 1 to 5, disassembly on 6.
• Closed Republic parking from June 30 to July 6.
• A bicycle parking is backed by the fan park, on the boulevard de la Liberté side.
Plade of runners – Grand’Place
• Thursday, July 3 from 12 noon to 9 p.m.: Temporary closure of several streets in the center (theater, carnot, gunners, good children, etc.).
• Grand’place and opera parking lots closed gradually.
Streets closed to traffic for departure and arrival
Esplanade / Departure of the 1st stage (allée des Marronniers)
Parking prohibited in the parking lots of the Champ de Mars from July 1 at 9 p.m. until July 5 at 11 p.m.
Traffic prohibited on the entire parade route (in red on the plan) on July 5 from 5:30 am until 2:30 p.m.
Boulevard vauban / arrival of the 1st stage
PROHIBITED PARKING :
• Throughout Boulevard Vauban (between the Pont du Petit Paradis and Place du Maréchal Leclerc): from Friday 4 to 7:30 p.m. to Saturday July 5 at 11 p.m.
• On the whole route from Friday July 4 at 1 a.m., except for:
o Esplanade: As of Monday July 1 at 9 p.m.
o Boulevard Vauban (between the Royal Pont and Place Leclerc), boulevard de la Liberté (between Vauban and the rue de Bourgogne), Squares Daubenton, Ramponneau and facade of the Esplanade (outside the side track): from Thursday, July 3 at 8 p.m.
Traffic prohibited:
• On Boulevard Vauban and in the adjacent streets (from Place de Fauquemont to Place Cormontaigne): Saturday July 5, from 4 a.m. to 11 p.m.
• From the avenue de Dunkirk to the boulevard de la Lorraine (final arrival layout): Saturday July 5, from 12 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.

Good to know: on the occasion of the 1st stage, a bicycle parking will be installed in Lille, at the Quai du Wault.

Access events
Presentation of the teams – Grand’Place
Thursday July 3, 6.30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Free access, limited gauge for security reasons. It will also be possible to see the presentation of the teams live on the screens located near the Lille Flanders station, at the corner of the Molinel / Pierre Mauroy streets as well as on the Saint-Maurice forecourt. The show will also be broadcast live on the Fan Park, Place de la République.
4 access doors are offered:
Door A: Rue des Maneliers. Porter accessible from Faidherbe Street.
Porte B: Neuve Street. Door accessible very easily on foot from Rihour station.
Door C: Esquermoise Street. Door to favor, accessible from Rihour station in a few minutes on foot.
Porte D: Rue de la Bourse. Door to favor, accessible from the Lille Flanders station.
