These “New Look” posts have been available for sale since Monday, August 25, 2025.
The new portrait comes from an official photo of the Bas Bogaerts photographer and was engraved by the international expert, Martin Mörck. The design was entrusted to Myriam Voz, a graphic designer of the Mechelen postage stamp printing.
“This combination of photography, engraving and graphic design gives the stamps an identity that is both contemporary and timeless”, specifies Bpost.
Everyday stamps with high symbolic value
Printed by millions, these are the best-selling posts in Belgium. “They must be recognizable, worthy and timeless,” explains Carla de Boodt, head of the Bpost philatelic program. Their update also arouses particular interest from collectors.
The 5 National PRIOR (yellow color) leaf costs 11.65 euros; The 10 non-Prior National Post posts (mint green color) are sold at 14.90 euros; The 5 Non-Prior National Value Post Posts (pink color) are 14.90 euros.
