Calls to Projects: Mobilitation Solidaire 2025-2027

Within the framework of the local solidarity contract 2024-2027, the Corsican community and the State pursue the objective of facilitating the gradual deployment of a general offer of solidarity mobility on the territory of Corsica.
The constraints of solidarity mobility are the geographical difficulties linked to the character of Île-Montagne, the aging of the population and the persistent economic and social precariousness accentuating the needs of support towards mobility.
This general offer is intended to consolidate specialized mobility offers already implemented by Corsican operators of inclusive, united and sustainable mobility in the field of socio-professional integration of populations far from employment and the ecological transition.
To this end, the Corsican community and the State offer their financial contribution, to project leaders within the framework of this consultation in the form of a call for projects.
The amount of credits devoted to this financial contribution amounts to € 270,000 over 3 years.
The call for projects contributes to the implementation of the decisions of the Social and Solidarity Economy Steering Committee aimed at co -construct a territorial strategy for sustainable, inclusive and united mobility in Corsica.
For the record: sustainable mobility is understood as all the means of decarbonated mobility, that is to say, whose targeted ecological impact is zero; Solidarity mobility can be understood as the set of means of mobility with a social vocation; Inclusive mobility is understood as all the common mobility means that have been the subject of a design or an adaptation without which audiences could not benefit from it.
