In Sète, the young Columérines swimmers won the national gold in combined ballet, rewarding a high -level season.
They entered the history of the club. On the occasion of the French Youth Artistic Swimming Championships, organized in Sète, the swimmers of US Colomiers won the title of French Elite 2025 champions in combined ballet, a first for the club in this prestigious category. A triumph for the team of the National Center for Access to the High Level Occitanie Colomiers, composed of Louise Barut, Axelle Deguilhem, Indira Duret, Yasmine Izegrar, Jade Labergère, Lucie Lannes, Ariane Lavois Briat, Clémentine Lemaire, Amber Olmedo, Maëlys Rigal and Marie Trillot, led by Géraldine Georges and Auriane Cazals.
Their journey was not free from difficulties. During the free team test on the jungle theme, a series of technical errors relegates them in 7th place. But the young swimmers, aged 12 to 15, show a remarkable mind: the next day, they deliver an exceptional service and drop the gold in the queen of the combined ballet, propelling Colomiers under the national spotlights.
In addition to this collective victory, several individual performances have marked the competition. In solo, Louise Barut wins the bronze medal in the 2012 category. She climbs a second time on the podium in free duo, accompanied by Amber Olmedo and with Jade Labergère as a replacement, winning a new bronze medal.
The US Colomiers was also represented by Marie MORTIE, an official judge during this competition, then in the following tests by a second young team. Supervised by Marine Emourgeon and composed of Manon Belabal, Capucine and Marina Bernard, Eva Cabrol, Clotilde Jennequin, Sofia Lagnitre, Calie Larrazet, Lila Ryad Bigot, Macha Sarda and Léonie Tisserand, this training participated in the French National 1 championship in free ballet, ranking 15th after a choreographed program. In the Elite French Championship, on a medley from Céline Dion, she won 9th place in acrobatic ballet.
In water and outside, the talent of the columérins and their determination promise a bright future at US Colomiers artistic swimming.
