Currently, we give priority to customers who are halfway through, but due to the limited number of places for all air carriers, we may not be able to modify your reservation. If your flight is canceled while you are already at your destination, our customer assistance team can help you. Although your destination representative can help you locally, our customer assistance team is responsible for providing you with advice on the next steps. This also applies to group reservations.
