The Downdetector site has identified hundreds of reports in the past hours. “It’s horrible”, complains a user who contacted us via our button alert us. “I don’t know how to do anything, some sites are going, others not,” groans another. Contacted this morning, the spokesman for the company Haroun Fenaux assures that the breakdown lasted only a few hours during the night and that everything is restored since Monday 6:45 am. The problem affected the company’s customers everywhere in Belgium.
The breakdown started around 2 a.m. on a router. Fixed and mobile internet traffic has been disrupted, making certain sites difficult to access in particular.
