His two parents, aged 25 and 29, were placed in police custody for “voluntary homicide on a minor of fifteen years by ascendant,” the Metz prosecutor’s office in BFMTV told.
“The couple has no legal history” but “a previous criminal investigation is still underway against this couple for suspicions of violence, the same baby, aged about ten days, having been hospitalized with a fracture resulting according to the parents of a domestic accident,” said vice-procureure Elise Bozzolo.
The baby had been judicially placed between April 7 and July 11, when he had been returned to his mother, after a hearing of the children’s court, according to our information. “Parents were submitted by this jurisdiction to compliance with several obligations under the strengthened control of educational services,” said the prosecution.
