“I decided to create a movement of ideas, of citizens, through the creation of a political party,” he said in an interview with the Parisian, adding that it was a “movement open to all” already having “several dozen local locations”.
“We need to bring together all French people to defend social justice and republican order,” he added.
Denouncing a “logic of permanent overbidding” on the part of politicians, Dominique de Villepin, 71, claimed to return to the front of the stage so that the French are not “prisoners of a cleavage between the radicality of LFI and that of the RN”.
