A commercial garage linked to the Gang Blood Family Mafia (BFM) was reduced to ashes intentionally on the night of Thursday to Friday during a major fire which required a general alarm.

The fire service of the city of Lévis was called upon to intervene from 3:30 am at the “Multi-Shine” anti-rust garage, at the corner of Boulevard Guillaume-Couture and rue Lamartine.

“The alarms quickly succeeded up to a general alarm, we had to recall all the fireworks, even those who were on leave,” said the deputy director of the organization Hugo Laflamme, reporting on the scale of the blaze.

In total, at least 80 sappers were only deployed for this event, but about sixty others had to be recalled to ensure adequate coverage of the rest of the city.

The targeted trade was entirely destroyed by fire, the roof has also collapsed during the intervention.

“There are still a few fires of fire, but the bulk of the flames is folded down at a time when we talk to each other,” said Laflamme, around 7 a.m.

Fortunately, no one was injured by the fire. The file was sent to the police service of the city of Lévis (SPVL) as an intentional gesture seems to be the source of it.

Already searched

Barely 24 hours earlier, during the night, the municipality’s fire department had also had to answer a call in the same place. The start of fire was quickly mastered.

It must be admitted that officials wanted to ensure that damage is colossal, this time.

The building was searched last May by the police of the integrated team trafficking team (Eilta).

It was said at the time that he was “linked to a well -structured organization responding to the orders of influential members of the Blood Family Mafia (BFM)”.

Three men and two women had been arrested in connection with arms and drug trafficking in the wake of events.
