The fashion mark Evan Benjamin, founded by the Vaudois Benjamin Bühler and the Neuchâtel Evan Gusto, was able to seduce renowned artists. Since their installation in Paris two and a half years ago, the two creators have seen their creations carried by celebrities like Damso or Nabilla.
Evan is from Locle. He studied at the EAA (Ecole d’Arts applied in La Chaux-de-Fonds). Benjamin comes from Tolochenaz, he studied at Eracom in Lausanne before continuing his training in Paris. They created their brand in 2018.
Since their arrival in the French capital, about two and a half years ago, the two creators have seen their work recognized by many stylists and artists.
Direct meeting with artists
Their success was notably illustrated by their collaboration with rapper Damso, for whom they designed a fur coat and a tailor. These pieces were carried by the artist in one of his clips, thus strengthening the visibility of the brand.
Although the creators have missed the opportunity to dress it for the Cannes Film Festival, they continue to receive requests for stylists wishing to integrate their creations in the celebrity wardrobes.
