F1 weather – GP from Belgium: F1 expects chaotic conditions at Spa -Francorchamps

After three weeks of break, which is unusual in July, Formula 1 resumes this weekend at Spa-Francorchamps, with the Belgian Grand Prix, which launches the 2nd part of the season with the 13th of 24 rounds.

It’s a weekend when every day will count since it is a sprint! There will therefore be qualifications on Friday, for the sprint race on Saturday noon, before the qualifications at 4 p.m. Without forgetting, of course, the race at 3 p.m. Sunday.

What weather should the pilots expect in Belgium? The spa circuit has been the scene of many spectacular races over the years, with often mixed and rainy conditions. And it seems that the rain is there this year, with showers planned for the three days!

What cause chaotic conditions when it is necessary to sign times for the two starting grids. Not enough to relive the race of a few minutes which took place in 2021 … A priori. If possible, it will be necessary to play with the thinning between the clouds.
