It is finally official: good friend is now recognized as online press service by the joint commission of publications and press agencies (CPPAP).
It is a logical sequence for good friends. Another simple blog animated by one person a few years ago, today it is dozens of experts and scientists who write and collaborate to provide quality information.
What will never change
Good friend is an independent media with free access, without advertising, 100% funded by its readers and readers. Unlike other media, we have never given a euro to Meta (Instagram or Facebook) or Twitter (X) to promote our articles. We will hold our line to the end.
This is also why we develop the newsletter as much as possible that you will receive once or twice a week for the release of our items and follow the information of the week not to be missed. Register, it’s free and guaranteed without spam!
The media will also remain freely. The objective is that everyone can train and learn without constraint on environmental subjects. We have also created thematic routes to learn more easily and are always listening to possible improvements for the good friend’s site.
Finally, articles are based on the most recent scientific literature and are as far as possible re -read by scientists. It is one of the media’s factory brands and it will never change.
What are the news?
Being officially recognized as a online press service will allow good friends to pay the work of independent journalists via rods. Until today, a good friend has only called upon experts paid in invoice or copyright, but we will now be able to pay articles or surveys to a freelancer.
The continuation will depend entirely on the financial support of readers of good friends. We launched a donation campaign in early July until September 21.
The goal is to have 5,000 monthly supports and recruit at least 2 people. Good friend now has 3,320 recurring financial supports, or 64% of the final objective. At 70%, we will be able to recruit a first person who would start on September 1.
If 280 more people support good friends monthly, we recruit a person. It’s as simple as that.

By the end of the summer
Like every summer, good friend does not take a vacation. There is a daily follow -up of the news (and in particular the Duplo law and the decision of the Constitutional Council on August 7), articles by the end of August and two big files which will be released in early September. We can’t wait to present to you what is happening.
Thank you for your incredible support, whether for 5 years or two weeks. This is what gives us the strength to continue each day despite the opposite winds and the pressures suffered. No one will influence or will never buy the content published on the media good friend. We refuse advertising and commercial collaborations and will continue to do so: independence has no price.
