The Federal Authority for the Surveillance of Foundations launched Tuesday the dissolution of the Geneva antenna from the very controversial humanitarian foundation of Gaza. According to information from the RTS investigation center, the Swiss representative was misleaded by foreign agents. Its undergoing withdrawal made the dissolution inevitable.
The plan seemed to be well prepared, at least on paper. At the end of last year, Israeli and American officials hidden behind the GHF (Gaza Humanitarian Foundation) plan decided to take action by using international intermediaries to take over all humanitarian aid in Gaza and short-circuit the major UN agencies.
Mercenaries and consulting companies based in the United States have been mandated in the first place. But part of the plan was to go through Switzerland to try to attract funding under the label of neutrality and international Geneva
According to information from the RTS investigation center, it is a network of business agents that made it possible to find a Swiss representative, in this case a lawyer who has a storefront in Geneva. International business partners with whom he used to treat convinced him to give an address and a representative in Switzerland to the Foundation, as required by the law.

A resignation that hides a serious disagreement
It is therefore the name of this lawyer and that of two other foreign business agents who made it possible to validate at the beginning of this year the registration of the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation in the Geneva Trade Register, with the approval of the Federal Authority for the Surveillance of Foundations. But beginning of May, the case was wrong.
The Geneva lawyer was then asked for journalists of time to react to the information that began to leak from the United States and Israel on the reality of the plan, more military than humanitarian, of the Foundation. The lawyer resigned the same day from the publication of the time article. His name suddenly went around the world, but he never delivered the real reasons for his resignation.
Contacted by the RTS investigation center, he repeated his desire not to grant an interview. But he still agreed to say a little more about his turnaround. He said he resigned after finding that international business partners asked him without giving him all the information on the reality of the plan around this foundation. A plan that contravenes its values. The administrator has never been active for the Foundation and no bank account was also opened.
The Foundation does not oppose its dissolution
The withdrawal of the Geneva lawyer formally placed the foundation in illegality since it no longer had a Swiss representative or an address in Geneva. The designated accounting reviewer was also paraded. So many elements which led the Federal Authority for the Surveillance of Foundations (ASF) to quickly seize this politically very sensitive file. The NGO Trial International based in Geneva participated in putting pressure with two denunciations filed with the Swiss authorities to shed light on the organization’s activities.
The cleaver has just fallen with the opening of a dissolution procedure ordered by the ASF. A period of 30 days short from July 2, but nothing should oppose dissolution. “The Foundation confirmed to the ASF that it had never carried out any activities in Switzerland and that it intended to dissolve the antenna registered in Geneva,” confirmed to the RTS the communication service of the Federal Department of the Interior in charge of the file.

The Swiss showcase will therefore be quickly collapsed. In the United States too, the potential non-compliance with humanitarian law and its use for military purposes has also caused departures, starting with that of the Director of the Foundation, a former navy considering himself betrayed. He was replaced by an evangelist preacher close to Donald Trump.
Many deaths and opaque functioning
More discreetly, the large consulting firm Boston Consulting Group has broken its operational support mandate as the dead were counted around the foundation aid distribution centers. There are two mercenaries companies led by ex-CIA agents and special forces of the American army, UG Solutions and Safe Reach Solutions. No information is given on the funding of the Foundation, which first seems to go through the United States and Israel.
Hundreds of deaths and thousands of injured are allocated to the militarized aid system. The foundation denies any fatal incident, while the Israeli army claims to shoot in the air or have to counter hostile crowd movements. Many NGOs and most European states denounce this situation and require to return to the conventional aid distribution system. Switzerland has not yet been clearly positioned, while the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights has called the use of food as a weapon in Gaza as a “war crime”.
