Has the politicization of ruling functions, despite these insurance, been stopped? For the Gerfa, the study and reform group of the administrative function, this is not the case.
In its periodical named “diagnosis”, this association which has been looking at the public service for many years notes, at the end of these designations, that the politicization of functions is still very present. The Gerfa, by highlighting the political memberships of general directors but also general inspectors within the SPW, notes a decline in the representation of the PS, but above all an increased presence of senior officials designated by the committed.

Recall that the former secretary general of the SPW, Sylvie Marique (PS), the only candidate for her succession, had not been retained. Pending the appointment of his or his replacement, it is another socialist, Stéphane Guisse, who was renewed as DG of the SPW Finance, who provides the interim. Among the eight managing directors, one is therefore labeled PS, one is labeled MR, two are not labeled and four are labeled the committed. Ecolo is no longer represented. It is therefore the committed who does the best operation since three of them replace ps labeled CEOs and the fourth replaces a chief executive labeled green.
But it is when you look at the functions of general inspectors that we notice that the weight of the engaged is even heavier. Indeed, among the 21 expert inspectors, they are five ps, six labeled MR, an ecological labeled and an unselated, against eight inspectors coming from the committed. Among the four inspectors general agents, there are three committed and an eco -friendly. Finally, among the ten ordinary general inspectors, they are seven PS and three engaged.
In all, for all of the functions mentioned above, the PS has 14 posts, the MR of seven, eco-green, and the committed of eighteen posts. Unstarted represent three positions.
