Interima Group: Sebastian Tobien takes the lead from the keystone of lead strategic business solutions

Interima Group, Swiss leader in human resources services, strengthens its strategic innovation capacities. Sebastian Tobien, an experienced leader executive, takes the lead in the new position of Lead Strategic Business Solutions, within the Digital & Marketing Department.

With this decision turned to the future, the Interima group accelerates its digitalisation strategy on a company scale and sets the basics of excellence technological service process, deployed through its 12 brands.

“We are delighted to welcome in the person of Sebastian Tobien a leader capable of combining entrepreneurial spirit, solid operational experience and skills in digital transformation,” says Yves Schneuwly, Chief Digital & Marketing Officer of the Interima group.

“His mandate is central to develop our digital transformation on a large scale. It aims to develop our digital infrastructure in a targeted manner, to promote operational excellence and to implement solutions centered on customers and customers as well as on candidates, with a measurable commercial impact. ”

Sebastian Tobien has more than 15 years of experience in management in the hotel and event sectors. As CEO of Dean & David Switzerland, he led to the restructuring and repositioning of the company during the Pandemic of COVID-19. He then directed the Congress Kursaal Interlaken AG, where he was responsible for strategic reorientations, the optimization of processes and several digitalization projects.

“Digital efficiency and human excellence are not contradictions – on the contrary, they are the keys to success in the field of modern human resources services”, underlines Sebastian Tobien. “My mission is to develop, in close collaboration with the teams, solutions that provide real added value – for employees, customers and customers as well as candidates.”

Its new function focuses on the identification, development and implementation of evolutionary solutions in terms of business, systems and platforms.
