The scene takes place in Monaco in 2010. On the screen, Pepper Potts split the crowd in an elegant polka dot dress to go and greet a bizarrely attributed Elon Musk, with his white jacket and his very mismatched striped shirt – at that time, the owner of Tesla and SpaceX still sports the endimanched engineer style of his beginnings. He attended the Riviera at a Grand Prix Automobile in which a certain Tony Stark, heir and owner of Stark Industries, participates, one of the main suppliers of the American military-industrial complex. The two men evoke an electric jet project, and Stark congratulates Musk for the Merlin engines that SpaceX has just successfully tested.
Everything sounds true in this sequence and yet everything is fictitious: the imaginary meeting is staged in Iron Man 2 (2010), directed by Jon Favreau. In real life, Musk is still an entrepreneur in the making. He still did not digest his landing of Paypal, of which he was the director general in 2000. He annoys being the favorite target of “Valleywag”, the Sensations blog of Silicon Valley, which mocks its demiurgic ambitions and predicts the bankruptcy every six months, when the producers ofIron Man 2 offer him to appear on the screen. With his singular phrasing, he dialogues for a few seconds with the actors Gwyneth Paltrow and Robert Downey Jr in a very calculated cameo.

The first episode starts on a visit to the front of the VRP entrepreneur. But this promotional tour turns to fiasco. Stark finds himself seriously injured and prisoner of Vietcongs. To survive and escape, he creates an overpowered armor, allowing him both to maintain his bruised heart in life and“Inflict a good lesson” to his jailers.
