Jonas Abrahamsen’s victory, Ben Healy stays in yellow

Norwegian Jonas Abrahamsen won the 11th stage of the Tour de France by ahead of the sprint his escape companion, Swiss Mauro Schmid, Wednesday July 16 in Toulouse, where the big favorite Tadej Pogacar became a fear by falling in the final.

Member of a breakaway early during a very lively stage, Abrahamsen, 29, and Schmid, resisted the return of Mathieu Van der Poel, 3rd to 7 seconds, the Norwegian winning the second victory of his career. The yellow jersey remains on the shoulders of the Irishman Ben Healy.

On the program tomorrow
