During the public hearing on Thursday, July 31, of the Joseph Kabila trial, the high military court projected several videos dependent on the former Congolese head of state, prosecuted for multiple offenses.
Among these elements were an interview with the defendant made in South Africa with Thabo Mbeki, his speech on his arrival in Goma, as well as a declaration by his collaborator Kikaya Bin Karubi.
According to the public prosecutor, the provinces of North Kivu, South Kivu and Ituri were formed civilian parts in this trial.
The next hearing is set for August 7.
The civil party, represented by the Republic, explains why it defends the interests of the Congolese state. His coordinator, Richard Bondo, spoke to the microphone of Jeef Ngoy:

Joseph Kabila is notably accused of betrayal, participation in an insurrectional movement, war crimes and crimes against humanity, charges related to his presumed support for the rebel Coalition AFC/M23.
